The Inner Mouselet

From a mouselet, Scoffers always dreamed of having a train set for Christmas but his parents were as poor as church mice are, so feeding him was  their priority. As you can see they did a good job.
He thought he had grown up past that dream, but the  utter delight he discovered,  as he unwrapping his very own train set, showed his inner mouselet  was still there.
Now imagine his joy to combine his adult love of cherry martinis and a whole plum pudding with his brand new train set!!  
What a wonderful Christmas this was going to be.
