The Old Sweet Shop Cloche

The Old Sweet Shop is a beloved treat for every one of Scoffer's senses. The colours, flavours and scents merge delightfully; amber barley sugars, crimson aniseed balls and chalky white,bstrong mints fill glass jars on the rickety, old, candy-striped shelves. As for the sounds, Scoffers smacks his lips at the marsh mallows, hums at the humbugs and rustles wrappers of absolutely any boiled sweet he can get his paws on. He adores all boiled sweets, for there are so many to choose from, but in reality, Scoffers has a favourite. For him, nothing beats a sherbet lemon with that tangy sherbety centre…total cotrus perfection 
Our happy little friend is currently languishing with the liquorice all-sorts. He will eventually eat any that he may discover on the floor; a bit of dust won't affect the taste, and it's only polite to keep his favourite shop tidy.
That said, there is always room for… you guessed it, one final sherbet lemon.
