Sea Mouse Witch Cloche

Down amongst the flotsam and jetsam the mouse witch prepares to cast her spell. 
She needs salt water for this one, so the beach is her shore front location of choice. 
Sea glass and sharks teeth, sea shells and fishing nets are essential for this briney incantation.
